I could use prayers for strength and also patience and understanding. Thank you! I have never done this, so I apologize for the long request.
I humbly ask for your prayers—for my family, and for myself.
I pray that my siblings continue to walk in love, honoring their spouses and nurturing their children with kindness, patience, and grace. May their relationships be strengthened in the face of life’s storms, and may the bond we share as siblings never weaken, but only grow stronger with time.
I lift up my mother, asking that the joy she has found with my stepfather remains steady and steadfast. May their peace be deep-rooted and lasting.
I pray for my grandmother—may her strength be renewed, her health restored, and her light shine brightly once more. I ask that God bless her with many more joyful years among us.
I lift up my father, praying that the hardness of his heart begins to soften. May he open himself to God’s love and let the Lord guide him back to peace, purpose, and healing. I pray for his clarity of mind, his physical well-being, and above all, that he discovers true, soul-deep joy.
And lastly, I pray for myself.
That I may remain steady in my walk with God, even when the path feels uncertain. Life has tested me deeply these past few years. I don’t always have the courage of Peter to step out of the boat, but I long to. And if I do, I pray that I may have the strength to keep my eyes, and my heart fixed on the Lord.
I have been suffering quietly, but my heart is weary, and my cup is full of sorrow and struggle. Many of you do not know me, but I ask this of you all the same—please lift me up in prayer.
Thank you, and may God bless each of you.Marsha Mendenhall
